Shipments and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from date of delivery to return items purchased through css-shopusa.com for a full refund. Send us an email and reason for return and we will send you an RA for your package. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price.

If a package has been refused and sent back to us, then it is considered a return. Upon receipt of the refused package, we will attempt to contact the buyer up to three times. If the buyer cannot be reached within that time, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
ADDRESS EXCLUSIONS
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. At this time we can only ship to the 48 Contiguous States ONLY. We currently DO NOT ship to international addresses.

TAX
We collect and remit sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the District of Columbia. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address.
