The Pro-X series of oven-safe fry pans and stock pots feature a thick encapsulated aluminum base for high energy efficiency. Plus, the nonstick fry pans also feature Swiss ILAG technology coating that is PFOA-free. And, all Pro-X pans from 1829 Carl Schmidt Sohn are perfectly suitable to work with any stove - gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction. Made in China.
